Product Description
Please note all specification and colours of our products are subject to change without notice by our supplier. All photo's used on this website are for guidance only and the actual product may vary slightly from the displayed photo.

Product Use
The user shall determine the suitability of the product for his or her intended use and shall assume all risk and liability in connection therewith.
Your model is a complex miniature flying aircraft and as such should have regular maintenance. Failure to maintain the aircraft and resulting issues are not warranty items. If you are in any doubt as to the suitability of the aircraft purchased, please seek expert advice.

Prices
All prices shown on this website or on order Acknowledgements are inclusive of VAT at the current rate and are subject to change or withdrawal without notice. Owing to fluctuations in the cost of materials from our suppliers, the company reserve the right to charge the prices ruling at the date of despatch.
Delivery charges vary per item and shipping destination. Shipping charges will be shown on the total of your Order Acknowledgement.
All prices quoted are inclusive of Value Added Tax, which has been charged at the rate applicable on the date of despatch.

Ownership of Goods
Ownership of goods does not pass to you or any other person until the goods are paid for in full.

Delivery
For UK orders, you should normally receive goods within 5 - 7 working days.

We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated time, however delays are occasionally inevitable, and we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. If the rare circumstance arises whereby we are unable to deliver within our usual delivery time (5-7 Working days), and cannot agree another time with you, you will be offered the opportunity to cancel your order and get a full refund.

Back Orders
If your order or part of it is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be informed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Warranty
Plane Nutz Ltd guarantees this kit to be free from major defects in both material and workmanship when purchased for a period of 30 days. This warranty does not cover any components damaged by use or modification from the manufacturer's original specification.
Plane Nutz Ltd liability shall not exceed the original cost of the purchased kit and we reserve the right to change or modify this warranty without notice.
Plane Nutz Ltd has no control over the final assembly or materials used for final assembly, and no liability shall be assumed nor accepted for any damage resulting from the use by the user of the final user-assembled product. You acknowledge and understand that you are buying a component kit from which to construct a finished flying model aircraft. By the act of using the user-assembled product, the user accepts all resulting liability.
During the delivery period your new model aircraft will experience several changes in climate. This may cause the covering to develop wrinkles. This is not a fault of ours or the manufacturer. Please take a few minutes with your heating iron and heat gun to iron down where necessary and re-shrink the covering where needed.

Return of Goods
Once goods are dispatched they are not returnable without our written consent and to cover expenses a charge of 15% of the value of goods shall be levied. As part of the Distance Selling Regulations (2000) the customer is entitled to a 7 day cooling off period, should you wish to return your purchase, then the company must be notified in writing, within those 7 days, and return to be made at the customer's expense. The product must be unopened and in its original box and associated packaging.
